PROJECT 1: Dojo Fresh Brand and Packaging Update
Dojo Fresh offers delicious shelf-stable plant protein mixes which provide a quick and easy way to make a meat-free high protein meal. They are based in Cary NC. You can find their products at local grocery markets and farmers markets.
PROJECT 2: Mike D’s BBQ
Mike D’s BBQ is an award-winning line of barbecue sauce and rubs as well as a smokehouse and retail shop located in Durham NC. Mike de Los Santos pays homage to his African American and Latin roots in his spicy, flavorful rubs and sauces. Mike believes BBQ is community and enjoys seeing people eat his food at the big community table in the restaurant.
PROJECT 3: Cottage Lane Kitchen
Cottage Lane Kitchen is based in Chapel Hill NC. Their line of pepper relishes and a hot sauce are a labor of love based on four generations of making spicy pepper relish. These condiments are delicious on their own or in recipes.
